We recently held a ribbon cutting for the Ascension St. Vincent Williamsport Community Paramedic Mobile Health Program, marking the launch of this new pilot program. This initiative will focus on following recently discharged patients from the hospital to help ensure continuity of care and improved health outcomes.
The program is made possible through strong collaboration and support from our community partners, including Ascension St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital—Jane Craigin, RN, MHA, Administrator/CNO; Dr. Eric Frantz; Justin Brummett, Warren County EMS; the Warren County Community Foundation—Michele Stucky; and the Warren County Health Department—Dr. Sean Sharma and Laci Frodge, RN, BSN, MPH.
We are excited to work together to bridge gaps in healthcare and bring critical services directly into our community.
